Dave Beckwith
Talent Acquisition Manager
Dave Beckwith manages a staff of diverse professionals with national and international recruiting experience specializing in sourcing, recruiting and negotiating with engineering/information technology candidates. In addition, he serves as a member of the executive team responsible for continuous improvements in efficiency and profitability. Dave started his recruiting career in 1994 when he joined Instrument Control Service(ICS), now MAVERICK Technologies. Lisa Delgado
Lisa has been an employee of MAVERICK since 2001 holding many different roles in the organization. She recently rejoined the Talent Acquisition team and recruits on a part-time basis. Ric McNaughton
Ric has more than 30 years of experience in automation / process control for various industries. Ric joined ICS (later to become MAVERICK Technologies) in 1983. He recieved an Associates Degree in Electronics and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Ric has 10 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer maintaining QCS and process control systems in the paper industry and has 15 years of experience as project manager, recruiter, regional manager and program manager for a specialty group that maintained various DCS, process control and environmental monitoring systems throughout the United States. Annie Niehoff
Annie joined the Talent Acquisition team in June 2011. She is a Talent Acquisition Associate based in Columbia, Illinois. She graduated with her BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from University of Missouri. She has experience interviewing and selecting candidates at the MU Career Center. Ryan Olsen
Ryan has been recruiting in the engineering field for over five years. He has a strong background in recruiting for consulting engineering firms in the manufacturing, design and build, automation, and infrastructure industries.
